Your Grandma was right! Oatmeal is the all time super breakfast food! There is NO better way to start the day! Grandma knew that this whole grain nutrition would keep your tummy full for a long time. It's one of the few whole foods recognized by the Food and Drug Administration as having medical benefits. There's another bonus to oatmeal, the fiber in it helps control weight loss!

Water intake for the day.
7am 500 ml before breakfast and before anything else goes in your mouth
10am 500 ml with mid-morning meal
1pm 500 ml with lunch
4pm 250ml with mid-afternoon meal(more if you need it)
6-7pm 250 ml with dinner
250 ml during workout
250 ml after workout
(250 ml = 8 ounces)
NOTE: coffee and tea do not count, they take extra water with them when the body processes them through digestion and elimination. They also take vital nutrients and minerals with them on the way out.

Increasing your water intake with make your hair, skin and nails look healthier.
