TIP #23- Lose weight

Change from eating potato chips to pretzels. One serving of chip has 60 calories more than pretzels & 10 times the fat grams. Do this for one month & you'll lose 1/2 pound. Even better switch to baby carrots & lose an entire pound!

A recent study shows that people who wear a pedometer walk about 2,000 more steps per day, which is about 1 more mile than those who don't. Those extra steps burn about 100 more calories!

A new study shows an apple a day keeps the calorie count down. People who ate an apple about 15 minutes before lunch consumed almost 190 fewer calories than when they didn't have the apple.
