Take a walk-it will help you clear your head, plus its great exercise!

Call a friend-probably just hearing the voice of someone you care about will cheer you up!

Write in a journal-expressing your feelings is a great way to deal with stress.

Play a board game-even kids board games will put a smile on your face.

Plan something fun-possibly that trip you've always wanted to take.

Take a hot bath-its an outstanding mind/body soothing experience!

Take a yoga class.

Work up a sweat-no better way to get rid of your frustrations!

FUN-FACT-What is stressed spelled backwards? Well, figure it out! Bet that made you smile! Smiling is an immediate DE-STRESSER!
